We are hiring passionate educators to conduct live, interactive online classes for NEET and IIT-JEE aspirants (Grades 9–12). This is a fully managed teaching role where you focus on teaching, while we handle operations, scheduling, and student coordination. Key Responsibilities Teaching and Delivery Conduct live online classes via Zoom Teach Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology based on your expertise Ensure strong concept clarity and problem-solving approach (JEE/NEET level) Adapt teaching methods based on student level (Foundation to Advanced) Student Engagement Conduct interactive sessions using quizzes, discussions, and problem-solving Maintain clarity, energy, and engagement during classes Track student progress and identify weak areas Documentation and Feedback Share session summaries within 8 hours of the class Assign practice questions and homework Provide regular performance feedback to students and parents Performance Expectations Maintain high student ratings Ensure punctuality and avoid no-shows Contribute to student retention and learning outcomes Requirements Educational Background Graduation or Post-graduation in a relevant field such as B.Sc, B.E / B.Tech, M.Sc, MBBS, or equivalent Strong academic background in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology Subject Expertise Proficiency in at least one subject: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology Teaching experience must be relevant to the subject applied for Strong conceptual understanding (NCERT + advanced level for JEE/NEET) Well-versed in the latest teaching methods and course curriculum Experience 1 to 5+ years of teaching experience preferred Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent demo performance can apply Prior experience in a professional teaching setup is an advantage.
