At the core of the role We are looking for .NET Technical Lead for our American project. Our customer is an online enterprise-grade food ordering platform used by many of the US’s largest restaurant chains and millions of users. You will contribute to implementing large, strategic, and complex components and services, including solution design and reliability concerns. Core skills you’ll bring 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including excellent knowledge of C#, F#, .NET and object oriented concepts Experience with architecting and developing end-to-end flows in a distributed/microservices application architecture. Experience writing unit tests (NUnit, xUnit, Playwright) and testable code. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. Exhibits excellent judgment, seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions to improve outcomes. Delivers constructive feedback that empowers individuals and strengthens the team. Communicates technical concepts clearly, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences. Consistently meets sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
