.NET Tech Lead | Remote (from Portugal)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• 6+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in web/mobile development, solution architecture, application performance, and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, Outsystems and JavaScript.
• Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones.
• Strategic, innovative, and customer-focused mindset.
• OutSystems project experience and certifications.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above)
