Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a high-performance image processing system capable of processing up to terabytes of 3D images and raster images per day. Availability 24/7 Implement algorithms and techniques to efficiently process and analyze images, including image segmentation, feature extraction, and object recognition Develop tools and applications (back-end) to visualize and manipulate 3D images and point cloud data Optimize processing speed and memory usage for maximum efficiency Implement database management solutions to store and retrieve image data efficiently Implement integration with embedded devices via gRPC protocol. Collaborate with other team members, including microscope hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration of the image processing system with the overall workflow.
