About the Role:

As a NetSuite Administrator I, you will manage the day-to-day operations, configuration, and support of our NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate will triage support tickets, optimize business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure NetSuite operates efficiently and aligns with organizational goals. You will also use AI tools in your daily work and help our teams adopt NetSuite's new AI features as they become available.

What you will do:

  • Triage and resolve NetSuite support tickets, including issues related to saved searches, reports, workflows, form configuration, and user access.
  • Manage users, roles, and permissions, and review access regularly so it stays aligned with job responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs for business users.
  • Perform data maintenance, including CSV imports and mass updates, while protecting data accuracy.
  • Help users resolve issues with day-to-day transactions across order to cash, procure to pay, returns, intercompany, and inventory processes.
  • Test each NetSuite release in the release preview or sandbox account, and assist in testing new features, workflows, and configurations before they go live.
  • Contribute business process optimizations with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to support NetSuite-related projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support documentation needs, making sure requirements artifacts are shared with Functional Consultants for successful project execution.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of current and new NetSuite configurations, workflows, and system processes.
  • Liaise with in-house developers and external partners to ensure smooth resolution of NetSuite-related issues.
  • Provide user training and create guides so teams use NetSuite effectively and need less support over time.
  • Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, and building saved searches and formulas, validating all output before applying it in NetSuite.
  • Help evaluate and support NetSuite's AI features, such as Ask Oracle and the AI Connector Service, as they become available to our account, including setting up the right roles and permissions.
  • Stay informed on NetSuite updates and new functionality, providing recommendations for system enhancements.

We are Seeking People Who:

  • Have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator, including configuration and day-to-day ERP support.
  • Have hands-on experience with Advanced Inventory Management and inventory, Intercompany Management-related transactions.
  • Have a solid understanding of order to cash (O2C), procure to pay (P2P), returns, and intercompany processes.
  • Have strong reporting and analytical skills, including saved searches, reports, and KPI monitoring.
  • Have experience with NetSuite release preview testing to ensure smooth upgrade transitions.
  • Have hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in their work, and are eager to use AI to work faster and smarter.
  • Can share examples of how they have used AI to solve problems or save time, and the impact it had.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to support users and stakeholders around the world.
  • Have good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Are proactive and committed team players.
  • Can work flexible hours to meet a changing work environment and tight deadlines.
  • Have knowledge of SuiteScript or other programming languages to support advanced customization, which is a plus.
  • Hold a NetSuite certification, such as SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator, or NetSuite ERP Consultant, which is a plus.

Work Location / Type:

  • This is a hybrid role based in the Philippines, minimum 3 days office time in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
  • Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM US Eastern Time.
