Lincoln’s NetSuite and Financial Systems Administrator provides day-to-day system administration and user support for finance applications, including NetSuite, Stampli, BlackLine, and LeaseQuery. This role focuses on platform configuration, access administration, issue triage, and coordination with the Information Technology (IT) and Business Enablement teams, enabling Accounting and Finance teams to run their processes efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • System Administration & Access Controls
    • Administer users, roles, and permissions across NetSuite, Stampli, BlackLine, and LeaseQuery.
    • Support periodic user access reviews, role clean-up, and segregation-of-duties checks (as directed).
    • Maintain audit-ready documentation/evidence for access provisioning and changes.
    • Collaborate with IT to ensure access control practices align with enterprise identity, security standards, and internal control requirements.
  • Application Support (Tier 1–2)
    • Serve as first point of contact for system issues: collect requirements, reproduce problems, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate.
    • Coordinate with vendors/IT for defects, outages, and performance issues; track cases through resolution.
    • Maintain a knowledge base of common issues, workarounds, and FAQs.
    • Partner with IT and Business Enablement to triage cross-system issues, manage dependencies, and ensure consistent communications during incidents and escalations.
  • Configuration & Maintenance (Non-Accounting)
    • Maintain and update system configuration under established governance, such as:
    • NetSuite: roles/permissions, forms/fields (as approved), saved searches/reports, basic workflows
    • Stampli: user setup, routing/approval configuration (technical setup), notification rules
    • BlackLine: user setup, task/reconciliation template administration (structure, not performance of reconciliations)
    • LeaseQuery: user setup, system settings, report access/support (no lease data entry/management)
    • Manage environments/settings and coordinate scheduled maintenance windows.
    • Work cross-functionally with IT and Business Enablement to review configuration changes for downstream impact, integration touchpoints, and adherence to platform standards and governance.
  • Change Management & Releases
    • Support system changes by documenting requirements, performing configuration updates, and executing test scripts/UAT coordination.
    • Maintain change logs, release notes, and system documentation; ensure changes follow internal controls.
    • Coordinate vendor releases: assess impact, communicate changes, and update documentation/training materials.
  • Integrations, Data Loads & Reporting Support (Technical)
    • Assist with technical aspects of integrations (monitoring, error triage, coordination with IT/vendors).
    • Support controlled imports/exports (CSV) as needed, following approved procedures.
    • Build/maintain basic system reporting (e.g., NetSuite saved searches) where it supports users’ access to information (not financial analysis).
    • Partner with IT integration owners and Business Enablement to monitor end-to-end process flows, validate upstream/downstream impacts, and support data quality and operational reporting needs.

Qualifications:

Professional and Cultural Characteristics:

  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and reliable follow-through
  • Customer service mindset with ability to set expectations

  • Understanding of access controls, roles/permissions, and basic IT security concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business teams to deliver stable, scalable system support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Stampli, BlackLine, LeaseQuery, Power BI (preferred)
  • Experience supporting systems in a controlled environment (SOX/audit support)
  • Basic understanding of integrations (APIs/iPaaS/SFTP) and data validation
