NetSuite Implementation Consultant Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / EST or PST Role Overview: Join our Professional Services team as a NetSuite Implementation Consultant. You'll lead NetSuite implementations for construction companies, helping them transform their operations with our company solutions. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for construction clients Gather and document business requirements through client discovery sessions Configure NetSuite to meet client-specific needs Implement BlueCollar Projects modules including budgeting, billing, and revenue recognition Develop and deliver training programs for client teams Provide go-live support and post-implementation optimization Create implementation documentation and best practices Collaborate with development team on custom solution requirements What You’ll Need: 3+ years of NetSuite implementation experience Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules (GL, AR, AP, Inventory) Experience with SRP Module Experience with project-based accounting or construction industry Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong project management and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field What Will Set You Apart: NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certification CPA or construction accounting background Experience with AIA billing and WIP reporting Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies About Atticus: Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is a specialized remote staffing and IT offshoring firm based in the Philippines, providing vetted, high-quality Filipino talent to global tech startups, SMEs, and consulting firms, focusing heavily on niche areas like ERP (NetSuite), Accounting and Finance and IT, offering integrated recruiting, upskilling, and HR support to ensure high retention and reliable offshore teams.
