NetSuite Project Manager

As a NetSuite Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. Candidates for this role should have strong experience leading ERP implementations within a consulting environment, with hands-on experience managing NetSuite projects. We are looking for a collaborative and client-focused project leader who can successfully guide cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through implementation, delivery, and go-live.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with external clients and senior stakeholders. Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred, though candidates with strong implementation experience across other ERP platforms, such as SAP, will also be considered.

• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through go-live and post-implementation activities

• Manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously, ensuring projects remain on track, within scope, budget, and timeline

• Coordinate with internal project teams, technical resources, consultants, and external client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

• Actively manage client expectations, project scope, resource alignment, timelines, risks, and competing priorities across projects

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout the engagement

• Lead project meetings, status updates, discovery sessions, and implementation workshops with clients and internal teams

• Translate client business requirements into clear project plans, deliverables, milestones, and actionable workstreams

• Monitor project health, identify risks and blockers, and proactively drive resolution and escalation when needed

• Manage project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and overall delivery performance

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are effectively incorporated into ERP configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities

• Prepare and communicate project status reports, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership

• Support clients through change management and implementation challenges, acting as a trusted partner throughout the engagement

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, methodologies, and team efficiency

• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience within a consulting or professional services environment

• Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects

• Experience with NetSuite implementations strongly preferred; experience with SAP or other major ERP platforms will also be considered

• Proven experience managing multiple external, client-facing projects simultaneously

• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, planning, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Polished professional presence and confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment

• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies

• Hands-on experience managing multiple NetSuite ERP implementations

• NetSuite certifications or relevant ERP certifications

• Experience working with complex ERP integrations, data migrations, and cross-functional implementation teams

• Experience working directly with C-level or executive stakeholders

• Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies

• Experience using project management and work management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve project delivery and project management workflows, including automation, documentation, meeting follow-ups, reporting, or project tracking

• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar tools
