The Opportunity

We're partnering with a leading Oracle NetSuite consultancy looking to hire a Dutch-speaking NetSuite Support Consultant to join their growing team in the Netherlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working closely with customers, and helping organisations maximise the value of their NetSuite investment. You'll be responsible for providing functional support, configuring solutions, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within client environments. Typical responsibilities include user support, system optimisation, configuration, and assisting with implementation and enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle NetSuite users.
• Investigate and resolve support tickets across finance, operations, CRM and inventory modules.
• Configure NetSuite to meet changing business requirements.
• Work directly with customers to understand issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot system errors and coordinate with technical teams where required.
• Deliver user training and provide guidance on NetSuite best practices.
• Create functional documentation and maintain system processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and system performance.
• Support enhancement projects, upgrades and new feature rollouts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience.
• Previous experience in a NetSuite Support, Functional Consultant or Administrator role.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration including saved searches, workflows, forms and roles.
