Join Orange's innovation team to lead the automation of microwave network infrastructure. You will focus on standardizing network models, implementing automated testing, and developing automation components within a strategic program. You will cooperate with the team primarily based in Poland and a local team lead supporting and bridging communication with Paris-based management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardization: Collaborate with international operators and vendors to define, promote, and validate NETCONF/YANG models, organizing ETSI sessions and ensuring standards compliance.
  • Automation Testing: Design, test, and maintain automation scripts (Robot Framework) for validating network models with major vendors like Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, and ZTE.
  • Development: Lead automation activities within the Andiamo program, translating needs into technical components, supporting deployment, and ensuring standards compliance.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Work effectively with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication in English.

Our requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, GitOps, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
  • Knowledge of network management systems and protocols (SNMP, NETCONF/YANG, RESTCONF, APIs).
  • Excellent English communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
  • Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, with good teamwork and adaptability.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience with Microwave (MW) technology: hardware types, software, configurations, network architectures.
  • Knowledge of French.
