Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), lease administration, real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in a balanced role covering custom development, platform administration, and Service Desk support. You will deliver programmatic (Apex/LWC) and declarative (Flow) solutions while ensuring daily operational health and user support across our multiple Salesforce orgs.
Key responsibilities:
- Agile Development: Build, test, and deploy clean Apex and LWC code and maintain legacy Visualforce Pages within a Kanban framework.
- Declarative Automation: Design robust, maintainable flows and validation rules following architectural best practices.
- Code quality: Review pull requests of other developers and participate in architectural decision-making processes.
- Service Desk & Support: Resolve L2/L3 tickets via ServiceNow/Jira, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot exceptions and integration errors.
- Platform Administration: Manage user access, security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules), custom objects, fields, and report/dashboard creation.
- Integrations & Release: Support REST/SOAP API integrations and participate in release deployments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business users to refine requirements and provide enablement to boost self-sufficiency.
What we look for:
- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Agile Mindset: Practical experience delivering within Kanban or Scrum workflows.
- Communication: Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
Technical requirements:
- Solid proficiency in Apex and knowledge of platform constraints and limits.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow and data modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce security model (Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, OWD).
- Experience with Salesforce development tooling and integrations, including Salesforce CLI (SF CLI) and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata, and Tooling APIs).
- Hands-on ticketing experience (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
Nice to have:
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer, Platform Administrator or Platform App Builder.
- Exposure to modern DevOps and CI/CD practices, including Gitflow workflow, Bitbucket Pipelines, and version control best practices.
- Background in commercial real estate or professional B2B services.
What we offer:
- Hybrid working model and flexible environment (with 7 modern offices across Poland).
- Clear career growth paths toward Senior Developer or Technical Architect roles.
- Professional development support, including certification vouchers and learning resources.
