Job Description
We are looking for a Network & Cloud Security Engineer to support and optimize enterprise network environments while contributing to cloud and cybersecurity projects. The ideal candidate has solid networking experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-oriented approach, with an interest in expanding their expertise in cloud and security technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network environments.
- Deploy, support, and optimize network infrastructure using Fortinet, Cisco, or similar technologies.
- Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless networks, and overall connectivity issues.
- Support networking and infrastructure services within Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
- Participate in security-related implementations, configurations, and troubleshooting activities.
- Work directly with clients to understand technical requirements and provide effective recommendations and solutions.
- Support technical consulting and pre-sales activities by contributing technical expertise and solution design.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and configuration records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient network operations.
- Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies related to networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Certifications or technical courses in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are highly desirable (Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft Azure, AWS, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent).
+3 years of hands-on experience in network administration, network engineering, infrastructure support, or related roles.

Technical Skills
- Intermediate-level experience with enterprise networking technologies.
- Experience working with Fortinet, Cisco, or equivalent networking solutions.+
Strong knowledge of:
- TCP/IP
- Routing & Switching
- VPN Technologies
- Firewall Administration
- VLANs
- Wireless Networking
- Network Troubleshooting
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud networking and cloud security concepts.
- Exposure to cybersecurity tools, platforms, or security operations is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to participate in professional meetings and understand technical documentation.
