Role Description The Director at TheAgent | Agentes de IA will lead strategic planning, operational execution, and organizational growth for the company’s AI-focused services. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Director will oversee cross-functional teams, set and track performance objectives, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, building partnerships, optimizing internal processes, and driving innovation in AI-based solutions. The Director will also mentor team members, foster an inclusive and high-performance culture, and represent the organization in key external meetings and industry events.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, setting strategic direction, and driving organizational performance.
• Experience in business strategy, operations management, and process optimization, ideally within technology or AI-focused environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in project and program management, including planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven services, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site leadership in Cairo with remote coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
