- Create and operate CI/CD pipelines for network changes, including validation, pre/post-change checks and rollback procedures.
- Manage source control workflows using Git, pull requests, peer review and automated testing.
- Improve observability through monitoring, alerting, telemetry, dashboards and capacity reporting.

- Solid knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, plus switching technologies including STP, VLAN trunking and link aggregation.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet or F5.
- Strong Python scripting skills for network automation, APIs and operational tooling.
- Practical experience with Ansible and/or Terraform for configuration management and infrastructure provisioning.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Strong Linux skills, including Bash scripting, troubleshooting and automation.
- Experience with network monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, SolarWinds or streaming telemetry.
- Understanding of firewalling, VPNs, load balancing, DNS, certificates and secure network design.
- Experience with cloud networking in AWS, Azure or GCP, including VPCs/VNets, transit connectivity, load balancers and security groups.

- Investment in certifications, training and professional development.
- Opportunity to shape network automation, cloud connectivity and platform reliability.
- Collaborative engineering culture with scope for technical ownership and career progression.
