Our firm is client-focused, team-oriented, and committed to achieving strong results while providing attorneys with experienced support staff and established systems. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility while working closely with our litigation and case management teams. Position Overview The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high-volume personal injury caseload, is proactive in case strategy, and can independently manage files from pre-litigation through litigation, including court appearances in Nevada. Responsibilities Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload Handle cases from intake through settlement and/or litigation Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences Appear at hearings and court proceedings in Nevada state courts Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers Negotiate settlements and develop case strategies Work collaboratively with case managers and support staff to move files efficiently Maintain accurate case documentation and meet all litigation deadlines Qualifications Active license to practice law in Nevada (required) 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred Experience managing a high-volume caseload Comfortable making regular court appearances in Nevada Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000 – $170,000 annually (DOE) Hybrid work schedule Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation time Paid sick leave Paid firm holidays Supportive team environment Opportunity for long-term growth within a California-based firm expanding its Nevada presence Flexible work from home options available.
