Remote - East Coast Based

Summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring two New Hire Experience Coordinators to lead the New Hire Check-In Program for every new hire across the company, supporting all centers in a remote/virtual role. You will own the full first-year check-in cadence: running each touchpoint, documenting outcomes, and making sure every concern reaches the right owner and gets resolved. Retention starts on day one, and these check-ins surface early flight risk, confusion, and unmet expectations before they turn into turnover.

What You'll Do

• Own and run all 15 scheduled check-ins for every new hire companywide, Day 7 through Day 365, using the standard question set for each milestone
• Log responses and outcomes immediately after each check-in
• Escalate concerns to the right owner and track status updates until each one is resolved
• Monitor employee dashboards to know which check-ins are due
• Partner with HR, Operations, and the Field Ops Support team
• Report on check-in completion and open items by center and region, and flag where early turnover lines up with check-in feedback
• Identify recurring themes across centers, roles, and regions, and recommend training or process improvements to Training, Onboarding & Communications leadership
• Share feedback on the question set and milestones so the program keeps improving
• Establish the check-in and escalation process followed by all specialists and coordinators
• Success looks like every hourly new hire receiving all 15 check-ins on time, with completion, status trends, and early turnover reported to leadership regularly

What You'll Bring

• Experience in HR, onboarding, training, or a people-facing operations role
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing high-volume scheduled outreach across a companywide employee population
• Clear, empathetic communication style, including comfort raising sensitive topics and starting conversations with new hires
• Comfortable following up with center managers on open items and holding them to due dates, even without direct authority
• Sound judgment and discretion when documenting and routing sensitive concerns
• Comfortable tracking trends and reporting simple numbers (completion, status mix, themes) from a dashboard
• Experience with a tracking or project-management tool such as Monday.com preferred

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
