What you'll do

You'll introduce individuals to premium leadership and personal development programmes that support their personal and professional growth.

This involves:

• Building genuine relationships with people interested in growth and development.
• Having structured conversations about their goals, aspirations and possibilities.
• Following an established system, with comprehensive training and ongoing support.
• Developing your own mindset, leadership and personal potential along the way.

This is about people – not pitching or pressuring

You don't need to be an experienced salesperson or coach. What matters is that you communicate well, listen carefully, enjoy connecting with people, and genuinely want to help others grow.

A little about the opportunity

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional salaried position. Remuneration is performance-based, rather than a fixed salary.

You'll manage your own schedule and have the flexibility to build the opportunity around your existing commitments, supported by a mentor, online and live training, established systems, and an international business community.
