We are currently hiring for our client who has more than 55 years of expertise and more than 500, 000 employees across 6 continents, delivers Global Information Technology, Consulting and Business Process Services, in Cognitive Computing, Hyper-automation, Robotics, Cloud, Analytics and Emerging Technologies for the international leading organizations across the world in diverse domains such as Aerospace and Defense, Capital Markets, Banking, Retail, Utilities, Platform and Software Products, Healthcare, Insurance, Oil and Gas and many others.

Position: Nexthink Digital Experience – SME

Location: Madrid, Spain

Engagement: Permanent Role

Mode of Work: Hybrid, 2 days from Madrid Office and 3 days from Home

Work Schedule: Contract is 24x7; however normal shift is 8:00 to 17:00 Mon to Fri. Oncalls and/or programmed operations

Desired years of experience:

• Typically 5–10+ years in IT Infrastructure / EUC / Service Delivery

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Nexthink or similar tools

Must-Have:

•Nexthink platform (NQL, dashboards, campaigns, alerts)

•Strong Windows / EUC / Endpoint management knowledge

•PowerShell scripting & automation

•Experience with:

o ITSM tools

o Intune, Azure, Active Directory

•Data analysis & visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)

•Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy

•IT Service Management (ITIL processes)

•KPI definition & performance tracking
