What you will do
- Lead and coordinate NOC operations across RAN, VoIP, Core CS, and International Roaming.
- Act as the primary operational contact for the customer, building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication.
- Manage multidisciplinary technical teams, aligning priorities and encouraging collaboration.
- Own shift scheduling and resource planning to ensure adequate coverage and service continuity.
- Lead major incident management, including escalation, coordination, stakeholder updates, and service restoration.
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs, driving corrective actions when performance falls below agreed targets.
- Coordinate customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee change management and operational readiness for planned network changes and maintenance.
- Coach team members and manage performance.
- Prepare and present operational reports, service reviews, and performance updates.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- A degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Six years of relevant experience, with a proven background in Telecommunications Operations, NOC Management, or Service Delivery Management.
- Strong understanding of telecom operations in one or more of the following domains: RAN, VoIP, Core CS, or International Roaming.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams in operational environments.
- Proven customer-facing experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading major incidents, escalations, and service restoration.
- Knowledge of SLA management, KPI monitoring, and operational reporting.
- Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to remain effective under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese — mandatory.
- Professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
