Function/Duties of Position
Develop and test algorithms to study the functional role of gain or loss of functions led by different mutation patterns using transcriptomics and genomic sequencing data.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours).
Preferred Qualifications
- Major in Biology and general science related discipline.
- One year wet lab experience.
- Skills in bioconjugation, protein purification, fluorescence microscopy.
Additional Details
Part time, ~15-20 hours per week. Flexible work hours.
Able to complete protein bioconjugation, purification and data collection and recording. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
