Role Description As a Norway Online Language School Franchise Partner, you will lead the development and growth of Lingua Learn’s online language training presence within the Norwegian market. This contract, remote role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating marketing activities, and managing client relationships for both public and corporate learners. You will localize and promote Lingua Learn’s courses, manage the implementation of the provided e-commerce platform and CRM, and collaborate with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, sales, training, and academic quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, building partnerships with organizations and institutions, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring a high-quality learner experience. You will also recruit and oversee local team members as needed, aligning regional activities with Lingua Learn’s brand standards and growth objectives.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills for client engagement, partnership development, and coordination with global support teams.
  • Analytical Skills to assess market potential, interpret performance data, and optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  • Research and Writing skills to explore local market trends, prepare business proposals, and adapt course information for Norwegian audiences.
  • Training skills to support onboarding and development of local staff and instructors, and to ensure consistent delivery quality.
  • Experience in business development, franchising, education, or EdTech is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English and strong knowledge of the Norwegian market; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with solid organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Background in sales, marketing, or operations management and relevant post-secondary education is preferred.
