Role Description The Norway Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote contract role focused on launching and managing Lingua Learn’s franchise operations in Norway. The partner will oversee local market development, including identifying customer segments, building relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promoting Lingua Learn’s language and training services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating marketing activities, managing the local e-commerce platform, supervising administrative processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery of online courses through collaboration with Lingua Learn’s teacher network. The partner will work closely with the Global Franchise Support Team to implement sales strategies, adapt course offerings to the Norwegian market, and maintain brand standards. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, operational oversight, and long-term growth planning within the assigned territory.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, manage stakeholder relationships, and adapt messaging for the Norwegian market.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, review performance data, and refine business strategies.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to coordinate or deliver onboarding for local staff and ensure quality standards for language and skills programs.
- Relevant experience in franchise management, education, language services, or online business development is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Norwegian or other languages is an advantage.
- Background in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
