Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies. Respond to user inquiries and provide support related to content moderation. Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content to relevant teams. Analyze user behavior and content trends to inform moderation strategies and improve user experience. Maintain accurate records of moderation actions for reporting and audit purposes. Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance community standards and moderation processes. Participate in continuous training sessions to stay current with best practices and new moderation tools. Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred. Strong understanding of online community safety standards and policies. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided. Ability to work effectively within a multicultural and dynamic team environment.
