This is not an entry-level appointment-setting role, and you won't be responsible for closing.

We're looking for an experienced salesperson to own the discovery stage of our sales process.

You'll speak with business owners who have already engaged with our marketing and conduct genuine sales conversations:

✅ Uncovering the real problem

✅ Exploring its impact

✅ Understanding why it matters now, and

✅ Determining whether they're genuinely motivated to solve it.

When there's a strong fit, you'll progress the opportunity to a strategy call with our closer.

You're not here to fill a calendar. You're here to uncover whether there's a sale worth progressing.

Role Overview:

✅ Call opt-in inbound leads and start the sales process by uncovering pain (no cold outreach, unless you want to earn more)

✅ Book qualified appointments directly into the sales team calendar (clearly defined, no guessing)

✅ Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to drive show-up rates and urgency

✅ Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) and systems to manage your pipeline and track outcomes

You'll Succeed Here If:

🚀 You have setting AND sales experience in a high-ticket industry. We need you to hit the ground running (no customer service applications please)

🚀 You can speak confidently with business owners and dig into real pain points using a proven framework, not a script

🚀 You're obsessive about CRM hygiene, relentless follow-up, and your own metrics

🚀 You live and breathe "speed to lead" and "the fortune is in the follow-up"

🚀 Your spoken and written English is perfect. No exceptions.
