We are looking for an elite Senior B2B Appointment Setter/SDR with 5+ years of high-ticket B2B business development experience to drive pipeline growth for our high-end web, creative, and performance marketing suites. Key Responsibilities Strategic Prospecting: Identify, map, and engage senior marketing decision-makers and C-suite executives at mid-market and enterprise consumer brands across Australia. Consultative Outreach: Conduct highly personalized outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and tailored video messaging, shifting conversations away from "selling services" to identifying pipeline bottlenecks. Consultation Booking: Successfully qualify prospects to book high-value, high-intent Free Consultations & Growth Diagnostics for RGC's executive team. Pipeline Management: Rigorously manage lead records, follow-up sequences, and touchpoints inside our internal CRM setup. Must-Haves & Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of verifiable success as a B2B SDR or Appointment Setter, preferably targeting the Australian market within a digital agency, SaaS, or tech consultation space. High-Ticket Conversationalist: Proven ability to navigate gatekeepers and engage naturally with marketing directors and CEOs, exhibiting profound business acumen. Process Discipline: A track record of achieving high outbound volume without sacrificing highly personalized, meticulous attention to detail. Localization: Deep understanding of the Australian business culture, corporate vernacular, and ideal calling windows.
