While this is primarily an on-site role, the practice also offers some remote work opportunities, providing added flexibility while maintaining a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care. Position Overview: Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, seeing 30 patients per day, and will be an active contributor to a collaborative, patient-centered care model. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across a broad patient population Prescribe medications and implement appropriate treatment plans Provide patient education on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic medical records system Adhere to all applicable medical regulations, laws, and ethical standards Requirements: Current NP or PA licensure and certification Active Medicare and Medicaid licenses Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Minimum of one years of experience in a primary care setting Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills Comfortable working at a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient practice US Career Partners is a national healthcare recruitment firm dedicated to connecting exceptional clinicians with outstanding career opportunities.
