Nurse Case Manager - Trainer (FCM) Fully Remote • Main - The Woodlands, TX 77380 Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Travel Percentage None Apply Description Duties: The Nurse Case Management – Trainer (“Trainer”) is an integral member of Sentrus’ Operations Support department. The Trainer will play a key role in nursing education as it relates to case management. The Trainer will be accountable for leading training, monitoring progress, and providing evaluations to include coaching and feedback. Additionally, the Trainer will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Manager of Operations Support. Essential Functions: The essential functions of the FCM Trainer are to: Act as initial point of contact for new hire questions Act as general resource for nursing and case management personnel Communicate and present materials Assess learning needs and identify knowledge gaps Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, competency documentation, and evaluation results. Design and deliver in-services Monitor quality of case management workflow. Qualifications Qualifications: The successful candidate should have an active RN or BSN license in good standing plus a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work, Light to moderate lifting is required, Regular, predictable attendance is required.
