Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for patients Assess and monitor patients' nutritional needs and progress Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care Provide nutritional education and resources to patients and families Stay informed on current research and best practices in nutrition Conduct workshops and seminars to promote nutrition awareness Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to nutritional care Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in nutritional support or related healthcare roles Strong knowledge of dietary guidelines and nutritional principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems Strong organizational and time management skills Certification as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is preferred
