Our weight management programmes are designed to be simple, discreet, and grounded in real clinical care – meeting people where they’re at, and supporting sustainable, long-term outcomes. What’s on offer As a New Zealand-registered PGY4+ doctor , you’ll support patients on their weight management journey through our telehealth platform. You’ll be working within structured clinical pathways, supported by a broader care team – allowing you to focus on safe, effective patient care without the usual administrative burden. This role is ideal for doctors who: Are looking for flexible, remote work that fits around other commitments Enjoy a patient-centred approach, with a strong focus on safety and clinical outcomes Want to work alongside an independent medical advisory team Are comfortable using digital tools and telehealth models of care Value strong clinical governance and operational support How you’ll work Conduct asynchronous and/or telehealth consultations to assess and support patients Prescribe and manage treatment plans in line with clinical protocols and best practice Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with our broader clinical and support teams to ensure continuity of care Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and governance Availability This role is focused on weekend coverage , with an expectation of: 8–10 hours per week , across Saturday and Sunday Flexibility in how those hours are split across both days Role requirements General Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) PGY4+ experience Background in general practice or community health Current APC and professional indemnity insurance Must be based in New Zealand Weekend availability Better, together We’re committed to building a supportive, collaborative clinical environment — one that prioritises patient safety, continuous improvement, and high-quality care.
