Location: ITALY/ Hybrid Compensation Range: Gross annual salary between €35,000 and €45,000 YOUR ROLE To strengthen our Observability & Digital Reliability Business Line, we are looking for an Observability, AIOps & Reliability Consultant . The selected candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of Intelligent Observability and AI-Driven Operations platforms for enterprise clients. The role involves participation in digital transformation initiatives focused on improving system resilience, user experience, and operational efficiency through the adoption of Full-Stack Observability, AIOps, OpenTelemetry, and Site Reliability Engineering technologies. We are looking for someone who can combine strong technical expertise with a solid consulting mindset, capable of building trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing innovative solutions that generate tangible business value. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new project opportunities and support the growth of Kirey’s Digital Reliability offering. MAIN ACTIVITIES • Participate in the design and implementation of Full-Stack Observability architectures in cloud and hybrid environments. • Support the implementation and evolution of leading market platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, New Relic, or equivalent technologies. • Contribute to the definition of telemetry management strategies based on OpenTelemetry. • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support IT teams and business stakeholders. • Analyze logs, metrics, traces, and events to improve reliability, performance, and user experience. • Support AIOps initiatives focused on automated anomaly detection and operations optimization. • Contribute to the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering and Continuous Improvement practices. • Participate in workshops, assessments, and consulting activities with enterprise clients. • Support management and sales teams in identifying new business opportunities and innovation initiatives. • Contribute to the growth and development of the Observability & Digital Reliability Business Line. RESPONSIBILITIES • Support enterprise clients in adopting modern Observability and Reliability Engineering strategies. • Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define transformation roadmaps. • Lead the implementation of solutions focused on resilience, performance, and digital service quality. • Promote the adoption of innovative practices for monitoring and proactive operations management. • Contribute to the definition of KPIs and reliability metrics. • Collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Application Engineering, and Security teams. • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. • Support pre-sales and business development activities by identifying growth and innovation opportunities. REQUIREMENTS • At least 3 years of experience in Observability, Monitoring, Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or IT Operations. • Experience with at least one enterprise Observability platform. • Knowledge of Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, or equivalent solutions. • Understanding of cloud-native and microservices architectures. • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Distributed Tracing, Metrics, and Log Analytics. • Knowledge of major cloud observability services across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience in application and infrastructure performance analysis. • Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices. • Interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to IT Operations. • Good written and spoken English skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong consulting mindset and customer-oriented approach. NICE TO HAVE • Experience in AIOps and Intelligent Operations projects. • Experience with Dynatrace Davis AI, Datadog Watchdog, Splunk AI, or similar technologies. • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. • Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container platforms. • Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools. • Experience defining SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets. • Knowledge of Platform Engineering principles. • Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenTelemetry certifications. • Previous experience within consulting companies, system integrators, or technology vendors.
