Role Overview

We are looking for an OCM Analyst with experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, Business Intelligence or Digital Adoption Programs.

The ideal candidate should have exposure to pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations, hands-on experience with at least one BI tool, and an understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Organizational Change Management and business transformation initiatives.
• Assist in assessing change impacts and identifying stakeholders affected by business or technology changes.
• Support stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments and change communication activities.
• Contribute to digital adoption programs and help drive user engagement and adoption.
• Develop, maintain and analyze business intelligence reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Analyze business data and prepare insights to support transformation initiatives and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate change management activities.
• Support project documentation, progress tracking and reporting.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate change-related updates.

Required Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Business Transformation
• Business Intelligence
• Digital Adoption Programs
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences organizations.

1. Business Intelligence – Hands-on experience with at least one:

• Power BI

• DAX

2. Change Management – Knowledge or experience in at least one:

• Prosci ADKAR Framework
• Kotter Change Management Framework
• Change Impact Analysis

3. Project & Collaboration Tools – Experience with at least one:

• Microsoft 365
• SharePoint
• Microsoft Teams
• Jira
• Confluence
• Azure DevOps
