⚡ We’re Hiring: OCM Consultant
📍 Location: Mexicali, Mexico — onsite 3 days per week
⏳ Duration: 6+ months
We’re looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional at Consultant or Senior Consultant level to coordinate onsite change activities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:
• OCM experience with SAP or S/4HANA
• Understanding of manufacturing operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
• Availability to work onsite in Mexicali 3 days per week
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations
• Support onsite stakeholder engagement and communication activities
• Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and onsite supervisors
