(Odoo) ERP Consultant

Our client is an ERP implementer (Odoo Golden Partner) that creates smart, tailor-made solutions that help companies work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. They are a young and driven team that values quality, collaboration, and innovation. The client is looking for an ERP Consultant to lead (Odoo) implementations end-to-end. As an ERP Consultant, you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You translate business needs into clear solutions, guide clients through change, and make sure the system is actually used and delivers value long-term. (user adoption and long-term client success).

You don't need to be an Odoo expert yet. We welcome different backgrounds !

• Candidates with ERP (implementation) experience (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, Exact, or similar);
• Candidates with a background in business process analysis, finance, or accounting.

• You are ambitious, curious and eager to learn !

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and translate client requirements into a scalable (Odoo) ERP solution;
• Configure and implement (Odoo) modules, perform gap analysis, and recommend best-fit solutions within the Odoo ecosystem;
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process documentation, and collaborate closely with developers on custom developments;
• Lead testing, UAT, training sessions, deployment, and go-live activities;
• Provide functional support, guide clients throughout the implementation journey, and maintain clear, proactive communication.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementations across multiple functional domains;
• Former experience as a Functional (Odoo) ERP Consultant is a big advantage;
• Experience writing functional specifications and translating business requirements into development tasks;
• Hands-on experience with testing, UAT, end-user training, and deployment activities;
• Experience documenting business processes and system configurations using UML, BPMN, or similar methodologies;
• Strong stakeholder management, (client) communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field;
• Fluent English and Dutch are mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
