Overview

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to configure an end-to-end, standard Odoo workflow with minimal customization for fast rollout.

Scope of Work

• Sales & Import Logistics: Quotations, import handling, landed costs, and e-invoicing.
• Lab & Quality Workflow: Warehouse ↔️ Lab transfers, defect inspection, spare parts requests, scrap logging, and calibration certificate generation
• After-Sales Services: Automated recurring maintenance reminders (6/12 months), recalibration intake, and client approvals
• Procurement & Inventory: Multi-location routing, serial number tracking, RFQs, POs, and vendor billing

Target Module:

• Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Quality / Maintenance / Repair, and Accounting (Egyptian E-Invoicing)

Key Deliverable

• Out-of-the-box configuration for all 3 core workflows
• Custom printable templates (Calibration Certificate, Delivery Note)
• System UAT and a concise team training session
