Role Description The Odoo Instructor contract role is responsible for delivering clear, structured training sessions on Odoo modules to clients and internal teams in a remote setting. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, creating practical exercises, conducting live virtual workshops, and providing follow-up support and clarification to learners. The instructor will assess participants’ skill levels, adapt training content as needed, and document feedback to improve future sessions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with technical teams to stay aligned with latest Odoo configurations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Odoo features, and producing concise user guides or documentation. This is a contract, remote role that requires consistent communication, reliable scheduling, and a learner-focused approach.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM) and ability to explain configuration and workflows in a practical, accessible way.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or courses, ideally for software or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to create clear instructional materials, including slides, handouts, and user documentation.
• Comfort with remote training tools (video conferencing platforms, screen sharing, LMS or e-learning tools).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training sessions, client requests, and documentation requirements.
• Prior experience with ERP implementations, business process mapping, or consulting is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or Education) or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; additional EMEA-region languages are an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, patient, and learner-centered instruction, with the ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
