Join our Team and advance your career as a Offer & Onboarding SME In this role You will: Lead the design and continuous improvement of offer and onboarding processes, incorporating Agility core practices and Customer Service Design principles. Analyze process data and feedback to identify areas for enhancement, applying Analytical Thinking and data management skills. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of offer and onboarding strategies. Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in for initiatives. Champion Creativity and Innovation in developing new solutions and approaches to enhance the new hire experience. Extract, transform, and load relevant data to support process analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure all offer and onboarding processes adhere to Information Security protocols and company policies. Manage change initiatives related to offer and onboarding, guiding teams through transitions effectively. Foster and manage strategic partnerships with external vendors or internal departments crucial to the onboarding ecosystem. Leverage Organizational Knowledge to inform process design and problem-solving. Apply Project and programme management methodologies to successfully deliver offer and onboarding projects. What You will need to be successful: Proven experience in designing and optimizing offer and onboarding processes. Strong understanding and application of Agility core practices. Exceptional Analytical Thinking and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with diverse teams. Excellent written and verbal Communication skills. A track record of Creativity and Innovation in process improvement. Experience with Customer Service Design principles. Proficiency in Data Management, including the ability to Extract, transform, and load data. Awareness of and adherence to Information Security best practices. Proven ability in Managing change within an organizational context. Experience in Managing strategic partnerships. Strong Organizational Knowledge, preferably within a large, global organization. Proficiency in Project and programme management. A Global Perspective in approaching solutions and processes.
