We are looking for an Offer Procurement Lead to join our Business Procurement team within Data Center Systems in Kolding, Denmark.

In this role, you will work closely with the Design Team and Strategic Suppliers to drive successful New Product Introductions . You will co-own product cost and launch timelines, leveraging tools and methodologies such as Design to Cost and Project Management. You will also help build an agile and resilient supply chain by applying Global Supply Chain frameworks, including the Resiliency Matrix and Corporate Policy Compliance. The role also facilitate the Proof of concept build and Proto build locally in Denmark.

With exposure to advanced Power Electronics technology, you will drive innovation for new products while supporting and sustaining existing offers. As Procurement Category Leader for the Semiconductor category, you will play a key role in shaping procurement strategies and strengthening supplier collaboration.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage New Product Cost and Timeline
  • Sustain in-market offers
  • Drive Innovation through supplier collaboration
  • Establish and maintain a resilient supply chain
  • Drive compliance with Global Supply Chain guidelines
  • Organize Productivity Workshops
  • Deliver YoY productivity through Value Engineering and Alternative Qualification
  • Facilitate Build for Proof of Concept, and Proto.

What will help you succeed

  • Engineering degree preferably in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years’ experience with procurement strategic sourcing, supply chain, category management, or related function within a technical/manufacturing environment
  • Curiosity to explore new technologies , especially Power Electronics for Large Data Center UPS systems ; and the ability to influence supplier and component selection during the incubation and product design stage
  • Strong experience in supplier sourcing, selection, negotiation, and contract management, with a focus on cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.
  • Experience with product cost management and cost optimization, including methodologies such as Design to Cost, cost breakdowns, or value analysis.
  • Good understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage procurement activities against product development and launch timelines.
  • Experience developing and implementing category or sourcing strategies and managing strategic supplier relationships.
  • Experience identifying and managing supply chain risks, including supplier availability, resilience, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Professional working proficiency in English. Danish language is an advantage, but but required.
