Job Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies. Design and develop automation scripts for user provisioning and other repetitive tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and integrated Office 365 experience. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards within the Office 365 environment. Troubleshoot complex Office 365 related issues and provide high-level support. Participate in the planning and execution of migrations to Office 365 from various platforms. Monitor and report on Office 365 usage, performance, and security. Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and features in Office 365, ensuring optimal utilization. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Office 365 tools. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and management. Strong knowledge of Office 365 services and integration with other Microsoft technologies. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation in the Office 365 environment. Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in the context of Office 365.
