Pourquoi ce poste est important

Tu aimes aider les gens, analyser des situations et trouver des solutions? Dans ce rôle, tu accompagnes notre clientèle et tu contribues chaque jour à offrir une expérience simple, humaine et rassurante dans leur facturation.

Ta contribution à l'équipe

• Accompagner la clientèle en répondant à ses questions concernant les paiements, les prélèvements et l'état de son dossier
• Conseiller la clientèle sur les solutions de paiement adaptées à sa situation et convenir d'ententes de paiement lorsque requis
• Analyser les dossiers afin d'assurer l'exactitude des informations, d'apporter les correctifs nécessaires et de maintenir la qualité des données
• Évaluer les demandes liées aux paiements, aux frais bancaires, aux remboursements ou aux changements au dossier en appliquant les procédures établies
• Prendre des décisions concernant le maintien ou l'annulation d'un contrat en tenant compte de la situation du dossier et des besoins de la clientèle
• Effectuer les suivis requis auprès de la clientèle concernant les soldes impayés et contribuer à la saine gestion des comptes

Ce qui te permet de réussir

• Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) ou l'équivalent
• Expérience pertinente au service à la clientèle
