Ready to be the go-to person who keeps everything running?
Since 2001, Therapy Source has been on a mission to help pave the way for children's success worldwide. What started as a two-person, home-based operation founded by a practicing school-based therapist has grown into a national leader in school-based special education staffing, now supporting hundreds of K-12 schools and districts across the country with speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, school psychology, special education, and mental health services - delivered both in person and through our teletherapy platform, TheraWeb®. Our growth has earned us recognition as one of the Fastest Growing Staffing Companies by Inc. Magazine, SI Analyst, and the Philadelphia Business Journal - and it's powered by a team that genuinely cares about the providers and schools we serve.
Be the person everyone turns to
Part tech whiz, part office hero. As our Office & IT Support Coordinator, you'll keep our people, providers, and buildings running smoothly. You'll be the first stop when someone's password locks, a platform is inaccessible, or a visitor walks in the door.
What you'll do
- Be our first-line IT help desk: Log, triage, and resolve everyday tech issues (password and MFA resets, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, printers). Escalate the bigger stuff and see it through to the end.
- Run onboarding and offboarding: Set up accounts, licenses, and equipment for new hires. Wrap up cleanly when people leave.
- Manage our tech: Track laptops, software licenses, and vendor contracts. Ship equipment to remote team members.
- Support providers: Administer TheraWeb and Zoom, and run our Loaner Library of assessment materials.
- Keep the office humming: Work with tenants, property managers, and vendors. Welcome visitors, manage supplies, and keep shared spaces sharp.
- Build the culture: Help HR plan recognition programs, team lunches, and celebrations.
- Write it down: Create the SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base that make everyone's life easier.
What you bring
- 2+ years supporting business tech (help desk, IT coordination, or power-user experience, including within an admin role)
- 2 years in office administration or coordination
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel) and Zoom
- Experience with a ticketing system and the discipline to close every request
- Clear, patient communication with non-technical users
- Solid security basics (MFA, phishing awareness, confidentiality)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and a calm head under pressure
- Occasional off-hours escalation calls and after-hours maintenance windows
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local errands
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs
Why You'll Like It Here
- Hybrid schedule - onsite 3 days a week at our Plymouth Meeting office, remote the rest with approval
- Mileage reimbursed for any local travel
- A role where your work is visible and genuinely appreciated - you'll be the person who makes everyone else's day easier
