About Univrses
Univrses is a Stockholm-based 3D Computer Vision and AI company. We provide the perception and spatial awareness necessary for an increasingly autonomous world. While our roots are in the automotive sector, we have pioneered a new category: Infrastructure Intelligence. Our 3DAI™ system transforms ordinary vehicles into sophisticated mobile sensors, providing road authorities across Europe (Sweden, UK, Italy, and beyond) with real-time, actionable insights. We are shifting city management from reactive repairs to proactive, data-driven maintenance—saving costs, reducing CO2 emissions, and improving public safety.
The Mission
The Backbone of Operations: Every 3DAI™ deployment starts with a phone and a holder in a box. You make sure the right devices are set up, tested and shipped to customers across Europe, on time and fully traceable.
Quality at the Source: Our AI is only as good as the data it learns from. You help keep our annotation work accurate, consistent and on schedule.
The Heart of the Office: You shape the everyday experience of a team of 40 scientists, engineers and business builders in our bright office by the water in Hammarby Sjöstad.
Established yet Agile: Founded in 2015, we have the stability of an established firm with the soul and speed of a startup.
The Role
This is a hands-on, varied role that sits at the intersection of data, hardware, logistics and workplace. No two days look the same, and you'll be the go-to person who makes things happen.
Your role:
Data Annotation & Quality: Annotate, re-annotate and validate data, monitor quality standards across annotation tasks, and troubleshoot issues with annotation tools and platforms.
Annotation Team Support: Work closely with annotators to meet productivity, quality and deadline targets. Train and onboard new annotators and act as the point of contact for questions about processes and tools.
Device Setup: Prepare phones and car phone holders by charging, configuring and installing required applications, create user accounts according to internal guidelines, and test every device before it ships.
Packaging & Shipping: Pack collection kits according to checklists (devices, holders, instructions and return materials), label and document contents, ship via our selected providers, and log tracking information so all hardware is traceable.
Inventory Management: Register and update inventory for devices and accessories, run weekly or monthly stock checks, keep accurate records, and flag and initiate replenishment when stock hits minimum levels.
Office Coordination: Organise our weekly team breakfast and Lunch & Learn sessions (polls, food orders and all), manage office hardware inventory, and receive and handle deliveries, including picking up packages from local collection points.
Workplace Environment: Keep the office tidy, organised and welcoming, from desks and shared spaces to the fridges and the fresh flowers, and proactively spot ways to improve how we work.
Who You Are
Organised by Nature: You love structure, checklists and accurate records, and you notice when something is out of place.
Hands-on and Practical: You're comfortable unboxing deliveries, setting up a phone, packing a shipment and troubleshooting a basic technical issue, all in the same afternoon.
Detail-oriented: Whether you're validating annotations or labelling a package, you take pride in getting it right the first time.
Service-minded: You enjoy helping colleagues and take ownership of making the workplace better for everyone.
What You Bring
Required:
Experience: Background in office coordination, administration, operations, logistics or a similar hands-on support role.
Tech Comfort: Confident setting up smartphones and apps and learning new software tools quickly.
Accuracy: A track record of maintaining precise records, inventories or quality-controlled work.
Communication: Fluency in English, with the ability to explain processes clearly and train others.
Preferred:
Experience with data annotation, labelling or quality assurance work.
Experience with inventory management, shipping or e-commerce logistics.
Swedish language skills.
AI-tool literacy — using AI to speed up your own workflows and problem-solving.
Driving licence.
What's in It for You?
We provide the environment and the tools for you to do the best work of your career.
Responsibility: Become a true stakeholder in a small team where your work directly keeps our operations and deployments running.
Variety and Growth: Get exposure to AI data workflows, hardware deployment and international logistics, with real room to shape how we work.
The "Work-Life" Blend: A culture that values output over "desk time". Working overtime is a rare occurrence, something you don't find in many tech startups.
Upsides: A secure Pension Plan and Wellness activities for up to 5 000 SEK per year paid by the company.
The Univrses Culture (which you'll help bring to life):
Monday Momentum: Kick off the week with team breakfast.
Thursday Knowledge: Weekly Lunch & Learns where internal or external speakers present interesting topics, with lunch paid for and catered by the company.
Friday Wind-down: Celebrate the week's wins with our Friday After Work sessions (free beer from our well-curated beer fridge!).
The Workspace: A bright, collaborative office in Stockholm equipped with the essentials (yes, including the mandatory startup ping-pong table).
