Officer - Financial Reporting | BGC | Hybrid

🚨 WE’RE HIRING: OFFICER – FINANCIAL REPORTING

We’re looking for an experienced Financial Reporting / Fund Accounting professional to join our team!

What we’re looking for:

✅ 7-10 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting, Finance, or related fields, preferably covering Mutual/Hedge Funds

✅ Previous people management experience

✅ Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS

✅ Knowledge of Hedge Fund and Private Equity fund structures

✅ Experience in financial statement review and resolution of accounting issues

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field

✅ CPA, CA, ACCA, or similar professional qualification is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical review of Private Equity and Hedge Fund financial statements

• Manage the preparation and delivery of interim and annual financial statements

• Ensure compliance with controls, procedures, GAAP, and regulatory requirements

• Lead the resolution of accounting, audit, and client-related issues

• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements

• Provide coaching and development to team members

• Manage team performance and support hiring and other people management activities

• Coordinate with internal teams and global partners to ensure timely deliverables

📍 Location: BGC, Taguig

🕐 Shift: Day shift with reasonable overlap with global hours
