Company Overview
It is a Quebec-based AI company focused on helping small businesses grow through practical, ownable AI solutions. After supporting 160+ businesses as a done-for-you marketing agency, the team now builds AI systems that live in each client's own tools and accounts—so the client truly owns the results. Offerings include an AI Agent-as-a-Service that books appointments and follows up with leads, plug-and-play AI systems like a Machine de Ads inside the client's own Claude, custom AI integrations, and a vibrant French-speaking community with courses and workshops.
The culture is hands-on, transparent, and customer-first: teach for free, install for a fee, support by subscription. Every deployment respects client ownership, privacy, and simplicity. You'll join a remote, collaborative team that values clear communication, methodical problem-solving, and helping small-business owners win with AI—especially in Quebec French.
Mission
We're looking for a French-speaking Onboarding Expert, AI Integration to install AI systems with clients live on Zoom and get them to first results quickly. You'll start by owning the installation of the Machine de Ads inside the client's own Claude Pro account, connect Meta and creative tools, run a concise setup interview, and launch their first campaign—always in plain Quebec French and always with client approval.
Day to day, you'll run pre-install checklists, set expectations, troubleshoot access and tokens, teach the basics of Claude and the difference between Chat and Code, and return at day 7–10 to review performance and plan next steps. If you enjoy problem-solving, calm troubleshooting, and guiding non-technical business owners to real outcomes—you'll feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Run pre-install checklists with each client (ownership of Facebook Page, Business Manager/portfolio, ad account, Instagram, website logins, Claude Pro, Higgsfield, Zoom desktop app, Chrome, and lead flow destination).
- Set clear expectations on call cadence, monthly tool costs, and scope (what's included vs. not included, e.g., no CRM builds or accounting).
- Install and configure Claude Code, add the CMA plugin, and connect Meta and Higgsfield during live Zoom sessions.
- Conduct a concise setup interview to build the client's business brain (CLAUDE.md) and run health checks until all systems are green.
- Teach AI basics in plain words (Chat vs. Code, sessions, usage limits, when to ask for help).
- Build, review, and launch the first ad campaign with the client; ensure the client approves every ad before it goes live.
- Complete a results review at day 7–10: interpret performance in simple terms, optimize ads, and plan the next campaign.
- Provide timely, friendly support in French; proactively follow up with clients who stall.
- Reconnect Meta integrations before manual access tokens expire (every ~60 days).
- Troubleshoot common blockers: page or ad account ownership issues, missing permissions, lost Instagram passwords, Zoom opened in browser (no remote control), Windows/macOS installer prompts, connector retries, Higgsfield plans and payments, Claude usage limits.
- Document bugs and fixes for the product team; turn repeat questions into helpful community lessons.
- Improve the pre-install checklist and installation runbook based on real client feedback.
- Flag regulated niches early (e.g., real estate, finance) and follow internal guidance.
- Adhere to working rules: accounts in the client's name, never ask for passwords or card numbers, client approves all ads, all client-facing copy in Quebec French, and support the product—not the client's entire business.
- Ramp quickly: learn the Machine de Ads and tools, shadow calls, co-pilot, then lead install calls by the second month.
