About the Role
As an Onboarding & Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the client's team lead and other departments to understand hiring needs, source and interview candidates, and guide selected representatives through onboarding and training.
You'll also be responsible for coordinating representative assignments across projects and local retail stores, monitoring attendance and completed visits, providing feedback, and helping resolve operational issues. A key part of this role is ensuring representatives have the guidance and support they need to perform successfully across assigned projects.
Success in this position requires excellent organizational skills, clear communication, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.
What You'll Do
Recruitment & Representative Onboarding
Collaborate with the client's team lead and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
Source and interview representative candidates through various recruitment channels.
Evaluate candidates and guide qualified representatives through onboarding on the client's platform.
Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure new representatives understand the platform and the requirements of their assigned projects.
Provide appropriate training and guidance to help representatives get started successfully.
Representative Operations & Performance Support
Assign representatives to projects and local retail stores based on operational needs.
Monitor attendance and review completed visits to ensure representatives are meeting project expectations.
Provide feedback and guidance to support representative performance and development.
Address questions and troubleshoot issues raised by representatives, collaborating with the support team when necessary.
Maintain clear communication with representatives, the client's team lead, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Help identify operational challenges and support timely resolution to keep projects running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain clear communication with the team.
Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines.
A personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps.
A backup plan in case of internet or power outages.
A quiet, distraction-free workspace or noise-canceling headset(s).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviewing, or onboarding.
Experience coordinating teams, assigning tasks, or monitoring attendance and performance.
Experience providing training, feedback, or operational support.
Familiarity with mobile applications or digital platforms used to coordinate field representatives.
Compensation & Schedule
Monthly Salary: $1,000 USD.
Salary Increase: An additional $100 per month after the first three months of employment.
Performance Bonus: Additional monthly bonus opportunities based on achieving established performance metrics.
Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off.
Preferred Start Date: Monday, November 2, 2026.
After three months of employment, employees may be eligible to receive a company-provided computer and monitor, subject to availability.
Who Will Succeed in This Role?
You'll be a strong fit if you're a proactive, people-oriented professional who enjoys connecting with candidates, helping new representatives get started, and keeping day-to-day operations organized.
You can balance recruitment and operational responsibilities, communicate clearly with people from different backgrounds, and take ownership of issues until they are resolved. You're comfortable working independently, but you also know when to collaborate with the team to ensure representatives receive the support they need.
If you're ready to contribute to a growing team and help representatives succeed across multiple projects, we'd love to hear from you.
