Onboarding Optimization Specialist (India)

100% Remote (India) | AI Optimization Specialist | Fintech SaaS Firm About the Role: AI Optimization Specialist is a critical, cross-functional role focused on improving the performance of AI Voice and Chat solutions through data analysis, conversational design, and optimization. You'll work with 18–20 customers post-implementation and collaborate closely with product, implementation, and AI teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyse conversation data to identify improvement areas Implement optimizations to enhance bot performance and user experience Conduct A/B testing and monitor AI health metrics Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to best practices What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years’ experience with conversational AI (voice/chat) Strong analytical and communication skills Familiarity with prompt engineering, Python, and basic automation Bonus: SQL knowledge, experience with financial institutions or contact centres Note: If this opportunity aligns with your current role and interests, we’d love to hear from you!
