Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for improving organic search visibility and driving qualified traffic to ValueMatrix.AI’s digital properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing regular SEO audits, and optimizing on-page elements such as metadata, headings, and content structure. The specialist will manage link building initiatives, monitor performance using web analytics tools, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance rankings and user engagement. This role collaborates with content, product marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into site architecture, content creation, and campaign planning. The specialist will also stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain competitive performance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize website content and structure.
• Candidates should possess skills in SEO Audits and Web Analytics to diagnose technical issues, track performance, and report on key metrics.
• Candidates should possess experience in Link Building to develop and manage ethical, high-quality backlink strategies.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with major SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS understanding.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, AI or analytics-focused products, and collaboration with content and development teams is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
