Onboarding Project Manager

The company offers insurance agency websites, social media marketing, reviews & r eputation management, pay-per-click advertising, and local listings management. ABOUT THE ROLE: The client is seeking a passionate Onboarding Project Manager to join their team. This position has a high level of visibility as you will be a customer-facing digital marketing consultant. You’ll be responsible for the onboarding of new clients for our Insurance Agency Websites, Reviews & Reputation Management, Local Listings Management, and Social Media Marketing services. The ideal candidate for this role has digital marketing experience across multiple channels, a customer service or account management background, proficiency with WordPress, ideally with using Elementor, exceptional communication skills, and a keen sense of urgency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary point of contact with clients during onboarding. Manage multiple, concurrent projects and all aspects of onboarding through completion. Work with new customers to identify goals and preferences in launching their new company website and any additional services the customer has purchased. Use their highly customized version of WordPress (Elementor) to update customer websites. Assist customers with adopting new and existing features to maximize product and service value. Requirements 2+ years of digital marketing experience. WordPress proficiency. Strong project management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple terms. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail. Must be personable and enjoy working in a client-facing role. A friendly person who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others. Knowledge of common internet technologies. Comfortable with technology and learning new software. Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office. Benefits Salary: $1600 -$2000 USD / month Remote: Anywhere in LATAM
