One Identity Project Manager

Job Description This is a remote position. Job Summary We are looking for a One Identity Project Manager with strong experience in Professional Services delivery governance, project management, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution delivery. The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of One Identity projects across identity governance, privileged access, and authentication solutions while ensuring structured delivery outcomes for enterprise customers. The role requires strong expertise in milestone management, RAID tracking, stakeholder coordination, fixed fee and T&M project oversight, resource coordination, and cross-functional delivery management. The Project Manager will work closely with customers, consultants, engineers, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and aligned with customer expectations and business objectives. Responsibilities · Manage customer projects end-to-end with structured governance (scope, plan, RAID, changes, reporting) · Coordinate internal resources and partners to keep delivery on schedule and within budget · Facilitate project ceremonies and stakeholder alignment meetings, including customer-facing status updates · Track financials and operational necessities (approvals, forecasting inputs, billing readiness) · Maintain delivery hygiene: documentation, assumptions, dependencies, and change control · Escalate risks early and propose pragmatic resolution options Requirements · Initial to solid experience in project coordination or project management in IT, software, or security contexts · Strong communication skills, plus professional English for international collaboration · Structured working style, reliability, and comfort with multi-stakeholder coordination. · Interest in identity security and willingness to develop into broader responsibilities. · Certification is a plus (PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL), but not mandatory
