Online Arbitrage Buyer, Footwear and Apparel

Location: Remote, Philippines (Pacific Standard Time)

Report To: Owner

Weekly Time Commitment: Full-Time 40 Hours (Contract)

If you were a Buyer for BRON DISTRIBUTIONS today, these would be your responsibilities:

- Sourcing primarily footwear and apparel to sell on Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) platforms including StockX, GOAT, TikTok Shop, eBay, and more using Online Arbitrage.

- Creating, utilizing, and managing agentic AI workflows to accelerate Online Arbitrage sourcing frequency and scale

- Utilizing proprietary software to discover and evaluate online arbitrage leads.

- Develop and manage relationships with partners to negotiate long-term inventory solutions.

- Provide insights and recommendations of inventory acquisition, sustainable suppliers, and strategies to improve speed and turnover to support margins and optimize product cost.

- You will work closely with the owner to achieve omni-channel P&L and GM ROI KPIs, forecasting demand, and conduct end-to-end transaction analysis in weekly meetings.

What I am looking for

- Reading/Written/Verbal Fluent in English

- Knowledge of the streetwear secondary market, including effects of product restocks on price and demand and common sourcing methods.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong AI Fluency with past experience working with autonomous AI agents.

- Highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

- Problem-solving and continuously improving mindset

- Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment

Not required, but nice to have

- Proof of completion of: OpenAI Academy - Applied AI Foundations or Anthropic - AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations

- Experience working or sourcing for other non-mentioned Direct-To-Consumer businesses, like Amazon FBA.

Monthly Compensation: $1000 - $1200 USD Base bi-weekly + 10% Realized GP on sourced inventory net of cancels/returns, paid monthly
