Job Details Role: Online Bidder (Night Shift) Location: Remote (India Only) Experience: 2–3 Years Industry: IT & Web Development Working Hours: US/International Time Zones Key Responsibilities ✅ Bid on projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms. ✅ Create persuasive proposals to secure high-quality projects. ✅ Communicate and negotiate with international clients. ✅ Generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals. ✅ Analyze client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for smooth project onboarding. Requirements ✔️ 2–3 years of experience in online bidding and lead generation. ✔️ Strong written and verbal English communication skills. ✔️ Good understanding of IT services, web development, and digital solutions. ✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach. ✔️ Comfortable working in the US/International time zone.
